Moosehead Lager isn’t the only beer we brew.
In fact we have a full line of products to suit whatever mood you’re in. Some are light and refreshing, while others are well aged and old-worldly. Some of our beers are strong, while others are smooth. They may have different characteristics, but they’re all brewed with the same quality Moosehead is known for.
Moosehead Lager
Moosehead Breweries’ flagship brand is a golden lager that is light in body and highly refreshing, offering a fine balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Made from an age-old yeast culture, Moosehead Lager is brewed longer to impart its unique flavor.
Moosehead Pale Ale
The beer that built the brewery. Moosehead Pale Ale was our first beer good enough to be called Moosehead. ‘Moose Red’ as it’s referred to in the Maritimes has a loyal following who appreciate its remarkably smooth, European-influenced taste.
Alpine Lager
This slow-aged beer is one of our award-winners. Like its many Maritime fans, you’ll find its fleeting bitterness and light, malty aroma irresistible.

Alpine Light
Alpine Light is very popular in the Maritimes. That’s probably thanks to its use of European hops and its light, 4% alcohol content.
Moosehead Light
This Moosehead has a genuine Moosehead taste that’s light and refreshing. And it’s so special that it has its own website.
Moosehead Light Lime
Moosehead Light Lime brings you the crisp, clean taste of Moose Light – with a twist! A twist of natural, fresh lime flavour in every cool, refreshing sip.
Cracked Canoe
To make a premium light lager unlike the rest, we use an extra ingredient: patience. The result is a light tasting lager that’s less than 100 calories. And best enjoyed slowly.

Cold Filtered Light
This beer is one of our more recent creations. It’s cold filtered, with a crisp, light style and a great taste.
Moosehead Premium Dry
This premium beer has a nice body, a 5.5% alcohol content and a great aroma. It’s uniquely brewed for great taste, which means it’s never bitter.
Clancy’s Amber Ale
This is an English-style ale you’ll come to love. Crafty, with a distinct malt aroma, it’ll leave you with a hint of caramel goodness and fleeting bitterness. What else would you expect from such a long-aged ale?
Moosehead Dry Ice
This Moosehead’s 6.0% alcohol content and ice-filtered reputation make it very popular among our line of beer. It’s light in colour, well balanced, and goes down smooth.
