Problem with Product

All product, merchandise and service complaints we receive are reported and brought to the attention of our Quality Assurance department for further investigation. Please fill out all applicable fields, especially if you have experienced an issue with one of our products. This will help us as we investigate.

Sponsorship and Donations

We appreciate that you have considered us in your fundraising efforts. Moosehead receives numerous donation and sponsorship requests and, to manage this volume, has an endorsement process where requests are reviewed by an internal sponsorship committee. We are proud to support many local causes and events each year.
