- CONTEST PERIOD
The ALPINE GONE FISHING Giveaway (the “Contest”) is a single contest with weekly prize draws.
The ALPINE GONE FISHING Giveaway begins on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, at 10:00am Atlantic Standard Time (“AST”) and ends on Monday, June 1st, 2026, at 9:00am AST (the “Contest Period”).
This Contest is sponsored by Moosehead Breweries Limited (the “Contest Sponsor”).
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada that have attained legal drinking age in their province of residence at the time of entry into the Contest.
Notwithstanding the above, this Contest is not open to employees of the Contest Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Contest suppliers, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses) and those with whom they are domiciled.
- HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the following steps during the Contest Period on either Instagram or Facebook. Entering on both platforms is permitted. Starting April 1, participants may purchase a 24-pack of Alpine for an approximately 1 in 3 chance of finding a limited-edition Alpine Fishing Can.
- A) INSTAGRAM:
- Follow @alpinelagerofficial on Instagram
- Catch a limited-edition Fishing Can and snap a photo of it.
- Post the photo to Instagram and tag @alpinelagerofficial with the hashtag #ALPINEGONEFISHING.
- B) FACEBOOK:
- Follow the Alpine Lager official page on Facebook
- Catch a limited-edition Fishing Can and snap a photo of it.
- Post the photo to your Facebook profile and tag the Alpine Lager official page with the hashtag #ALPINEGONEFISHING.
Each post counts as a separate entry. Unlimited entries allowed. All entries must comply with these Official Rules to be eligible. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- PRIZES
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Alpine Fishing Weekly Giveaway:
- Weekly winner will receive one (1) Alpine Fishing Tilley Style Hat.
- Approximate Retail Value per prize: $30.00 CAD.
- WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received from both Instagram and Facebook for the Contest.
- Alpine Fishing Weekly Giveaway: The first winner will be chosen on Monday, April 13th, 2026, with subsequent draws occurring weekly until June 1st, 2026, at Moosehead Breweries Limited, 89 Main Street West, Saint John, NB.
Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they used to enter within 24 hours of the draw. To claim their prize, each selected entrant must:
- Reply with their full name and mailing address.
- Provide proof of the legal drinking age.
- Complete and return a Declaration and Release Form within three (3) days.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
- GENERAL
The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or other problems that may affect the outcome of the contest. The Contest Sponsor may withdraw, amend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Contest or the prize awarded. Entrants agree that their name, likeness, and city of residence may be used in future promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This Contest is governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
