1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Moosehead Lager Canadian Tuxedo Giveaway (the “contest”) commences on Instagram on June 18th, 2025 at 1:00pm Atlantic Standard Time (“AST”) and ends on June 23rd, 2025 at 9:00 am AST (the “Contest Period”). This Contest is brought to you by Moosehead Breweries Limited and Silver Jeans Co. (the “Contest Sponsors”). No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have attained legal drinking age in their province of residence at the time of entry. This Contest is not open to employees of Contest Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest suppliers, or members of their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled.
3. HOW TO ENTER
A) INSTAGRAM: To enter, complete the following steps during the Contest Period:
• Follow @Moosehead and @Silverjeansco on Instagram.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Tag a fellow Canadian who loves cold beer and blue jeans in the comments.
Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @moosehead and @silverjeansco for an extra entry.
Each comment counts as a separate entry. There is no limit to the number of entries. All entries must comply with these official Contest Rules to be eligible.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZES
Five (5) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each winner will receive:
• One (1) Silver Jeans Co. denim jacket featuring custom Moosehead Lager patches (Approximate Retail Value: $300 CAD)
• One (1) free pair of Silver Jeans, redeemable via online code (Approximate Retail Value: $150 CAD)
Approximate Retail Value per prize pack: $450 CAD Total Approximate Retail Value for all prizes (5 winners): $2,250 CAD
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize becomes unavailable.
5. PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries on June 23rd, 2025 at Moosehead Breweries Limited, 89 Main Street West, Saint John, NB.
The Contest Sponsor will attempt to contact each selected entrant via Instagram direct message within 24 hours. Each potential winner must:
• Reply with their full name and mailing address.
• Provide proof of the legal drinking age.
• Complete and return a Declaration and Release Form within three (3) days.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
6. GENERAL
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or other problems that may affect the outcome of the contest. The Contest Sponsor may withdraw, amend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice.
By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Contest or the prize awarded. Entrants agree that their name, likeness, and city of residence may be used in future promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This Contest is governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
