- CONTEST PERIOD
The Moosehead x Float-Eh Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on Friday, August 8th, 2025 at 10:00am Atlantic Standard Time (“AST”) and ends on Tuesday August 12th, 2025 at 11:59 pm AST (the “Contest Period”). This Contest is sponsored by Moosehead Breweries Limited and Float-Eh (the “Contest Sponsors”). No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have attained legal drinking age in their province of residence at the time of entry. This Contest is not open to employees of Contest Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Contest suppliers, or members of their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled.

Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @moosehead and @float.eh for an additional entry.
Each comment counts as a separate entry. Unlimited entries allowed. All entries must comply with these Official Rules to be eligible. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- PRIZES
Five (5) winners will be randomly selected to receive one (1) Moosehead x Float-Eh inflatable floatie.
- One (1) Float-Eh Moose Floatie
- Approximate Retail Value per prize pack: $79.99 CAD
- Total Approximate Retail Value for all prizes (5 winners): $399.95 CAD
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries on Wednesday, 13th, 2025 at Moosehead Breweries Limited, 89 Main Street West, Saint John, NB.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the draw. To claim their prize, each selected entrant must:
- Reply with their full name and mailing address.
- Provide proof of the legal drinking age.
- Complete and return a Declaration and Release Form within three (3) days.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
- GENERAL
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or other problems that may affect the outcome of the contest. The Contest Sponsor may withdraw, amend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Contest or the prize awarded. Entrants agree that their name, likeness, and city of residence may be used in future promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This Contest is governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
