- CONTEST PERIOD
The Moosehead Lager Raise Your Tab Canada Day Contest (the “Contest”) is a single contest with a final prize draw.
The Moosehead Lager Raise Your Tab Canada Day Contest begins on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, at 10:00am Atlantic Standard Time (“AST”) and ends on Monday, June 22nd, 2026, at 9:00am AST (the “Contest Period”). This Contest is sponsored by Moosehead Breweries Limited (the “Contest Sponsor”). No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada that have attained legal drinking age in their province of residence at the time of entry into the Contest. Notwithstanding the above, this Contest is not open to employees of the Contest Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and Contest suppliers, and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses) and those with whom they are domiciled.
- HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the following steps during the Contest Period on Instagram. A) INSTAGRAM:
- Follow @moosehead on Instagram
- Snap a picture of your Canada Day Moosehead can with the maple leaf tab raised.
- Post the photo to Instagram and tag @moosehead.
Each post counts as a separate entry. Unlimited entries allowed. All entries must comply with these Official Rules to be eligible. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- PRIZES
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Moosehead Canada Day Giveaway:
- Winner will receive one (1) of two limited edition Moosehead Canada Day Yeti Coolers.
- Approximate Retail Value per prize: $600.00 CAD.
- WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received from Instagram for the Contest.
- Moosehead Canada Day Giveaway: The winners will be chosen on Monday, June 22nd, 2026, at Moosehead Breweries Limited, 89 Main Street West, Saint John, NB.
Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they used to enter within 24 hours of the draw. To claim their prize, each selected entrant must:
- Reply with their full name and mailing address.
- Provide proof of the legal drinking age.
- Complete and return a Declaration and Release Form within three (3) days.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
- GENERAL
The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, or other problems that may affect the outcome of the contest. The Contest Sponsor may withdraw, amend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to the Contest or the prize awarded. Entrants agree that their name, likeness, and city of residence may be used in future promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This Contest is governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
